About Us

Our mission is to provide safe, innovative services in partnership with our community.

Our Kind of Care is centred on our residents and community. Our Urgent Care Centre (UCC) is funded by the State Government and operated 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The UCC is staffed as required with our highly trained and qualified nurses, with support from Ambulance victoria and local GPs. The community defibrillator is located outside the UCC entrance.

We provide in-home care services via Commonwealth Government funded Home Care Packages, to assist community members to continue living in their own homes.

We have 60 Residential Aged Care beds in 3 sections: Lovely Banks, Heytesbury Lodge and Anzac (for residents requiring memory support). We also provide Respite Care to community members. Our facilitiy is embarking upon a significant refurbishment in 2018.
