Hampden Specialist School Administration and Secondary Campus is situated on the grounds of Cobden Technical School. The Primary Campus is alongside Terang College Primary Campus.

The school services a broad area, covering all areas encompassed by Terang, Camperdown, Mortlake, Derrinallum, Timboon, Cobden, and Simpson through to the coast.

Hampden Specialist School caters for a wide range of disabilities. The school readily provides quality programs for students with mild to severe intellectual disabilities, as well as disabled students who also have an intellectual impairment.
