Book into an exercise class at the Aquatic Centre, or schedule your own program of rehabilitation, swimming, exercise or play.

Working-out in water provides great, non-weight bearing resistance training. The warm water pool (12x8m) is ideal for older adults, pre- or post-natal women, learn to swim, post injury or illness conditioning or for anyone looking for a fun, low impact way to exercise.

There is also a Swim Spa (swim against the current or for relaxation).

The warm water pool is available for private 2 hour bookings, and Friday afternoons are usually reserved for family fun. For group bookings or general enquiries contact (03) 5595 1027.
